I buy spandex so you don't have to....

32 days people.... a little under a month and I will officially be a tri-athlete!! WHAT WHAT!

So as most of you know... Cayla and I work out for a long workout on Saturdays. Well this Saturday we weren't able to workout together so we pushed it back to Monday. Cayla is on Spring Break this week so she came out and we hit they gym... HARD!!

We graced 24hour fitness with our presence for nearly 3 hours!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was insane!!! I left feeling like I had dropped like 10 pounds... come to find out this morning it was only 2... but hey I'll take it!

After we were finished working out we decided to go by RBM (Richardson Bike Mart) and pick up new bike seats for our road bikes. After a slick salesman and $110 we ended up with matching tri-outfits..... really???? Who does this????? Who goes in for a $30 bike seat and spends over 3 times that on an outfit? WE DO!!!!!!

We purchased the tightest pair of shorts and shirt I think imaginable. Complete spandex my friends... complete with padding in the nether-regions for comfort. I am trying these shorts out for the first time today when I take my bike out for a little spin.... no worries... I'll blog if I crash.

If this outfit isn't motivation to drop my last 10 pounds.... nothing ever will be....

see below....

You are retarded. Everyone knows that you should wear biking shorts EVERYWHERE. There's nothing better than sitting down at the office, and feeling the cushion on your nether regions protecting you from your ridiculously uncomfortable office chair.

Business trip travel list-
-Suit, Check
-Dress Shoes, Check
-Spandex Biking shorts with choda cusion, check ...

Gosh, I can't believe you're just getting on board with this.

i too found my bike short difficult to get used to from a visual perspective. the raised circular area gracing my undercarriage seemed to add a whole new dimension to an area that did not need a whole new dimension. but i must concur with nick, it's downright pleasant. great outfits! good luck with your triathlon!
